Consoles: How do you aim? - Games

PC gamers seem to be blind to the fact that most console players not having superior aiming skills can be a good thing. I know for a fact that in any given server/game on PC that I will never be the BEST shooter. I'll never be the most skilled in aiming. But on the console, I've played TF2 games where I was the best sniper, but I've also played games where there were more proficient "aimers". not to mention the buttons [QUOTE=Generic Monk;20636666]No. There's not.[/quote] On a PC you're wasting an entire an entire hand on your mouse. Even if you have a bunch of buttons on your mouse. On an xbox one hand has access to a trigger, a trigger button, a joystick, the back button and 4 directional pads. the other hand has a trigger/trigger button the start button, 4 buttons, and another joystick. On a PC using the WASD configuration, you have one hand to shoot and aim, while the other hand has to balance moving, jumping, ducking, sprinting, reloading, use key, menu (esc), score menu (tab), in bfbc2 you have to use Q to spot, and in MW2 you have to have like 3 special items buttons (care package, grenade launcher all those things) not to mention grenades and special grenades. and if you can't scroll to your weapons accurately you use 12345 to select weapons.

Its not [I]that[/I] hard to aim on consoles. but it doesn't compare. you literally can't turn as quickly. you can turn 360 degrees in a split second with a mouse but it takes like a second with consoles. You just can't compare.

As I already said that is bullshit in most games, completely obliterating any chance at making flanking or sneaking up from behind useful. I love it in Arma2 when the turning speed and mouselook speed are sperate, and seperately limited.
