I'm pretty sure that DotA closely follows Greek mythology too. I'd like to see where the stories actually differ, because her lore page doesn't say much at all. AUTOMERRGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEE

DotA's "lore" and Dota2's are different. Don't use things that come out of dota2 (The original and DotA1 stories). They don't exist in it's world. The only way your "Theory" could be right is that there is two medusas with two sisters each. Medusa's lore and that theory don't make sense together, and since the Lore is obiously a fact.. Because I know the next reply is going to either be "I want to belive" or "any fact can be true in my mind if I chose it", I'll just drop it now.

So I've been playing bot games to get a better feel for the game but when I play against players I get teammates leaving within the first 5 mins in most of my games. Is this a common thing in the lower levels or something?

And you're just ignoring my point entirely; they were all Gorgons previously, but only Medusa traded beauty (and immortality) for power. [/quote] The original story is as follows: there are a trio of Gorgon sisters, all immortal except for one, Medusa. Medusa was spiteful because of this and traded her beauty (which was the only real thing she had) for power. Eventually Perseus came and slayed her, but that was not because she was so much evil as much as King Polydectes was just trying to get Perseus out for a plot (forgot exactly why he wanted him out). Now, Gorgons in Greek mythology were generally considered to all be immortal, healers, and general signs of good luck. Medusa was the only exception, turning all life to stone in her path. Just had an intense game of Gyrocopter. I got like no kills early on, but the enemy drow played very well and got fed. I got some really good farm and we managed to drag it out, (I think like 5 roshan's went down) They had 2 rax down, we had 1, and they had 1 t4 left (we had 2) They made the mistake of roshing so I BoTed down to the ancient and won. i have been getting skips in lag, and it finding a game but glitching and the ready menu not coming up.

Just played literally the worst game ever. Pudge, Riki and Silencer kept insulting everybody because they were either dying or killing. I can't believe I still try to play with my fellow brazilians, they are horrible.

i've been having issues with "Finding a server" hanging too lately.

I'm still pretty new to DOTA 2, but are there REALLY people who hate the Batmeleon? That thing is awesome.

im not even trying anymore to avoid abandonments and low priority

I think what happened is all my teammates immediately quit after me (we were having a really one-sided game) which ended the match in the time it took me to get the game back up. I didn't even get an abandon, yay.

I am not saying he is bad, its just there is a big diffirence between playing meepo and getting kills and being good at meepo.

I know everytime I'm playing a carry, I never want kills
