I'm as impatient as the next guy, but if you wanted the mod early you shoulda goddamn donated. Psyskallar are being nice in giving us this magnificient mod, and I don't want to seem them displeased in any way for the next twenty-four hours because of that.

I'm not sure, maybe he donated after the estimated time to get the perks? Because everyone that donates even now wont get the perks until the next patch.
