So no one else is having the problem with not being able to move at the part where [sp]you're in a wheelchair having to fight yourself[/sp]?
So I have a ladder and I have no idea what to do with it
combine it with a shotgun and get a laddergun
combine it with a shotgun and get a laddergun
fuck I dropped my shotgun for a hunting rifle which I then dropped for an M16
looks like I'm gonna have to start a new game guys

help me
Is it the same as it is in coop? If so, [sp]horse goes west, Owl goes south, bird goes north, and I dont remember where the tiger goes[/sp]
How can I make a co-op game, with friends able to join?
Do I need to forward some ports?
If so, which?
tags = YOU SICK FUCK STOP SENDING GODDAMN FACES TO MY CHEST THEY HURT
Also, carcass was really easy, I just blasted him with like 10 hunting rifle bullets and ducked behind that thing in the roof
I kept getting killed before I could use up the rest of my pistol ammo. Had 5+10 rounds for the Enfield and 3 mags for the glock. From the position you're talking about it was too easy to miss the chains especially with the glock, and the annoying flying heads will fly over/around to get you sometimes. Fortunately I found a better position to the left of the big roof thing where there was some (invisible) overhead cover.
How am I meant to do that room with the faceless monsters and the huge screamer face from the beginning? All I have is 1 syringe, a nightstick and 2 M16 magazines.
[sp]The giant rotating face thing does damage to anything that gets close to it, not just you. If you let all the monsters chase you around the head, the damage from the head will kill the monsters in like 10 seconds. This way you can conserve health and ammo, just don't get too close to the giant head yourself! Also when you go through the next door, I won't say much but run. Just run as fast as you can towards the door on the far side of the room.[/sp]
Completely stumped. I'm on [sp]chapter 5, I think. At the Asylum. My objective is to 'find a phone number'. I gave the doctor the gun from the bowling alley, and combined the two tablet pieces to get the number '5 1 1 7 8 1 6', which I thought would be the phone number, but it doesn't do shit when I dial it. I' must have sweeped the asylum at least three times now and I can't find what to do next. Any help?[/sp]
[sp]If you have the correct number, dial it and then press some green button on the phone.[/sp]
This game showed how I easily miss obvious paths and interactions. Curse today's games which mostly do everything important for you.
My favourite part was [sp]when you have to cross the lake. I did not expect such scenery in the game. It's not super graphics but for such an old engine, impressive. When you arrive to your hometown, that was a great moment, too. Finally, after a long time a game gave me awesome relief when I saw I'm nearing the end.[/sp]
Any tips on getting a rank S on this mod? I just tried a run through it as fast as possible on nightmare, didn't use that many syringes or save that much. But I only got A for that.
Well, i'm stuck. I'm in the [sp]asylum, I don't know what to do with this half tablet and where you get the number for the phone.[/sp]
I'm stuck at the [sp]subway part that requires two fuses, where the fuck is ronald street? [/sp]
[sp]If you have the correct number, dial it and then press some green button on the phone.[/sp]
[sp]There's a pink button with an 'R' on it that dials the number. When I use the number off the tablets it just gives me 'the number you have dialled has not been recognised, please try again'. The other green buttons don't seem to do anything.[/sp]

[sp]Shit, I just found this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8rMJ27_Bv4 which does everything I've done up until now, only the number on the tablets here works. The numbers are different, so I have a hunch that maybe the numbers get randomised each playthrough, and somehow it has bugged where the number I've been given and the number I need are different.[/sp]
[sp]edit: Loaded a save from the train crash, got a different set of numbers from the tablet and it worked fine.[/sp]
I hate to join the "I'm stuck" crowd, but [sp]I need to get two fuses for that train to get out of the subway. The objective says "from the blue line" but I have absolutely no idea what that is. At first I thought it meant the train that goes through the blue route on the subway map, but I only have access to four subway tracks in that station, and they both either run on the green track or the red track![/sp]

[sp]for one fuse, you have to go to the other subway in saxton avenue. I think and get that fuse you put in earlier in the game. For the second one, go to that bus in that street where you see the first giant ant hop out the window. Go left and you'll see a stairway. Go up the stairway and find the doors leading to a door that takes you to that street with the big hideous tentacle rape beast. There should be a door with bloody footprints leading to it. Unlock the door using the key you have and go through the puzzles until you find a ladder. Take the ladder and place it at the wall with blood coming out of the window. You are now in the apartments from the first few chapters. Go to the floor with the door chained up with the "do not enter" sign and go down the ladder. After the puzzles (and I won't spoil them) there should be a fuse on the floor. Remember that roomwith the tape and the guy that got his head shopped off? Well that room has been submerged in water. Go in that room and get the second ladder on the floor. Now just go back to where you came into the apartments using the first ladder and put the second ladder on the wall with the blood coming from the window again. Backtrack to the subway again and viola! You now have the two fuses![/sp]
I'm stuck at the [sp]subway part that requires two fuses, where the fuck is ronald street? [/sp]
You need to backtrack a ton for that. It's so fucking complicated. One of [sp]fuses is the one you used to get inside the subway originally. There should be some alternate exit you discover. Ronald Street requires you to go all the way back to the park where Sophie died. Sorry, I can't remember the specifics.[/sp]
I'm stuck at the [sp]subway part that requires two fuses, where the fuck is ronald street? [/sp]
[sp]Remember the street that has the fleshy tentacle thing that you had to crawl through a small sewer to get past, where you first encounter the dudes stuck to the walls by tentacles?
That's where it is. There'll be bloody bootprints leading up to the door you need to pass through.[/sp]
Oh wow, James at the CoF forums posted me a fix for my problem. Apparently, someone had done the same.
Thank god I had my game files still in the recycle bin.
I love him
Care to share it? Being an idiot and having skim-read through the posts I believed that trapping him inside the cage was what you had to do. Fuck.
Nevermind, found it.

[sp]Did you get to the bus that contains the AR-15? A zombie breaks one of the windows, leading to Ronald Street.[/sp]

[sp]Before you got to the train you passed a wall that can be destroyed. In the train you can go to the next wagon. There on the ground you find sledgehammer. Then it's hammertime with the wall.[/sp]
[editline]27th February 2012[/editline]
I have a question of my own. Can you get [sp]the bag after you loose it or heal yourself to full health after the doctor shoots you?[/sp]
I just got that thing where the screen goes white and won't go back. I tried feeling around on the ground for the save point but I couldn't find if there was one, and then the game crashed.
yeah, drugs most likely caused it
need to take care with those pills yo, don't wanna go on another city slaughter

[sp] I am at the part where you do jumps in basically a hell version of the sub-way[/sp] What i am wondering is how much left of the game is there, because i got work to do, and if it's only a little while more, ill wrap it up, if not ill come back to it tomorrow.

I think you've still got a couple chapters to go if you're still at the [sp]subway.[/sp] Only like one or two, though, but I hear they're both pretty hard so you may take longer to do them than you did with the others.
