If by bad, you mean best North American Zerg player.
North American pros are scrubs that rely on streaming to stay afloat because they haven't been able to win anything since koreans entered in the international scene.
EG players do lift tho.
Idras so bad me and my friend have used his name in place of Mad ( u idra bro) etc. He is a huge hypocrite when it comes to saying people are "fucking terrible"
I don't really get this, if he's "so bad", yet above you, what exactly are you?
His BM is pretty ridicolous though.
Idra calls everyone a baddie when he doesn't adapt his shitty play. When he gets cheesed he just leaves the game.
He's been using all-ins and cheesing alot more, especially vs terran right now. Maybe he wants to know how it feels like.
The only person I've ever seen him be nice to is desrow. Then the day after that he got sniped and lost to some terrans and ultimately took his stream down because of it
I remember back when he was still considered good he would just out produce his opponents that didn't play aggressively against him. It lead him to winning pretty much every game that played out like that. He did what I call economy cheese and for some reason Blizzard modeled Zerg balance on him. Its Idra's fault that Zerg has to play drone poker, guess right spending your larvae on drones and you get an astronomical economic lead. Guess wrong and you could lose the game then and there because your opponent will attack you and you won't have any units. Or alternatively waste an entire larvae wave on fighting units while your opponent's economy soars above yours. Zerg units cannot be allowed to be cost efficient because of this.
I think the worst thing about this is that Blizzard keeps reinforcing this broken playstyle with their patches. Buffing Queens made it so that you don't even need units to hold off harassment so you can keep massing drones at no expense. But at the same time all of Zergs combat units are utter shit because the astronomical economic lead would completely wreck any semblance of balance.
Right before I stopped keeping up with competitive starcraft 2 Terrans were starting to emulate this style to a degree, with inbase oribital commands so they can spam the shit out of mules to come close to matching Zerg economy. The problem was that Terran doesn't have burst production so if a Zerg player calls out his bluff with an allin its basically game over. It lead to extremely passive games where Terran couldn't effectively harass because Queens could hold off everything. And Zerg not able to attack because their combat units are shit, so they waited until all their Tier 3 units were out. The games basically wouldn't really start until at least 12 minutes in, a far cry from the exciting adrenalin pumped games of 2011. I hoped HotS would alleviate these issues but to me it looks like it created even more of them. Its really a shame, especially since the BW scene suspiciously died just as HotS was releasing, because that means that there is nothing to fall back to. I can't go and watch another competitive RTS with a metagame and strategy as deep and a community as big as starcraft. The whole MOBA isn't even remotely similar either, saying it is, is like saying that Counter Strike and ARMA are the game kind of game.
Think I fixed my lag problems and I might start streaming again! :)
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna regret getting the expansion pack but is there anywhere I can get HOTS for less than $39.99?

why would you regret it?
also its pretty hard to find it for less than 40 considering its only been out for a month and a half

Because I'm not sure if I'll be able to get all of the multiplayer experience out of it.
Anyway I played my first game against a real person a few minutes ago and was wondering if anyone would mind looking over it and telling me what I did right and what I messed up with and did wrong.
On the bright side I beat my enemy at "Avg Unspent "Time Supply Capped" and I had almost double his APM and he was silver apparently.

It's only 16 minutes long so x4 or x8 would be quick and I would really appreciate it.

I looked at your replay. You build made no sense at all. The only reason you'd go 10 pool is if you're going be aggressive with your lings right as they come out. And the only reason you'd get a gas before making your spawning pool is to get a really fast speed upgrade. You didn't expand, you just sat on 1 base made an evolution chamber and hydralisk den.
