A "Epic" Mickey Game in production - Concept art inside! - Games

If the game is nearly as dark as that awesome zombie Goofy I think Disney is going to flip a shit and pull the plug on this. I think it'd be a great revival of their classic characters but you know corporate, in all their wisdom...

God, the Mickey Mouse Paint Thinner is getting to my head. It's so goddamn creepy and awesome, especially combined with the thought that it's contaminated the ocean and/or caused mutations. That and its connotations with suicide. Suicide juxtaposed with Mickey Mouse. Fun.

No Square Enix. 2. The popular disney characters are the enemy. 3. Seems like it will be far more open. 4. Darker. 5. Some other dumb reasons.

It looks like they're pumping the "ocean" into the bottle, and aiming it towards the castle, like a mortar of some sort.

Two attractions from Tomorrowland, the name of the area. Its a mix of Steampunk + Walt Disney World + Disney Characters + Roger Rabbit. Watch the alleys. Doesnt it reminds you of Roger Rabbit? (Also, in the robot-character mashup, I found Jafar, Tiger, Scrooge McDuck, Goofy, Dumbo, and more.)

Its not a Narwhal. Its Monstro's (the whale from Pinocchio) skull. Notice his eyes: Its obvious he is dead. If you guys want, I can do a complete check on the pictures for references on Disney things.

It's a zombie Monstro. You can tell by the fact the skin is still peeling. He's been infused with mechanical parts that make him "go". Those happy, go lucky, black and white cartoon characters are clearly anything but happy.

Monstro might have been killed and now he is using like a transportation for WDW's icons. Maybe something like this happened: Shit hit the paddles in WDW, characters came to life and rebeled against Mickey. Mickey might have taken the castle above the ground and is in there. Other WDW icons are now mostly destroyed, and each character from its parks are rebelling against. But this concepts have one flaw: Where is Animal's Kingdom Tree of Life? *analyzing each picture, adding the references and is going to post them soon* *writing a whole post to tell everyone what he found*

Holy fucking christ I just jizzed my pants. I can see it know they killed his friends, they fucked his girl friend, and even nuke all of his fans. They thought he was dead, but he's back and is fucking pissed as hell. Then suddenly on the back of a dead whale a hardened war torn mickey mouse is found snaping necks, telling is squad to charge as they get cut down by heavy fire and mauled by zombies all around him. Mickey runs up shoves a bomb down the gunners throat, then turns the gun on the zombies killing everything. After that Mickey mouse sets charge jumps off the whale, and BOOM. There is a massive pool of blood in the middle of the ocean, and you can see micky rise up out of the water all dramatic like and says something bad ass like "One fucking bastard at a time", or "I'm mickey mouse bitch", maybe the classic "Have fun in hell and say hi to miley cyrus while your down their." Ah crap I probably just gave away the trailer, or the beginning of the game.

Alright, after analyzing everything, conclusion: [B]THE ENEMY IS THE INKPAINT BLOB[/B]. How do I got to this conclusion? Let me present my ideas: - First of all, lets analyze THIS picture: [IMG]http://i31.tinypic.com/2e3u34x.jpg[/IMG] You can notice several things. 1. The black and white characters are repeated. You can see 2 pigs, 2 eagles, 2 minnies... 2. There are construction things around that big bottle which is writed Paint Thinner. Now, first, you can see that there is a red circle around Mickey's head, that means that this is against Mickey, or, lets be clear [B]COLOR CARTOONS[/B]. 3. Why only color cartoons? Well, its because of a simple look: every character working on the bottle is black and white. And in the other pictures, the character who got zombified/destroyed/anything else starred in COLOR CARTOONS. Exceptions are Goofy and Henry the Bear, cause Goofy first starred in black and white, but now its an color cartoon. And Henry the Bear is an animatronic at the Country bear Jamboree. 4. The dwarves are dead. They have no eyes. They have been modified, and there are teacups over their shells. Those are the teacups from an attraction in Walt Disney World based in Alice in Wonderland. Conclusion: those are the mad hatter teacups. 5. Soon we can understand one thing. Blob is the villain and he wants to destroy all color cartoons. But Mickey is the main leader of those. So Blob captures color cartoons, transforms them and captures black and white cartoons that are trying to escape on the sea to work on his Paint Thinner in order to destroy Mickey Mouse who is in the castle. But why are they escaping through the sea? The answer is in this picture. Lets analyze it too: [IMG]http://i27.tinypic.com/11bltmf.jpg[/IMG] 1. It's Monstro, the whale that attacks Pinocchio in his movie. He is a color cartoon. He got zombified and been modified. 2. He is holding famous Walt Disney World icons. Conclusion: Walt Disney World may be an safe place where refugees can go, or where the color cartoons are hiding. 3. Spaceship Earth is destroyed, but the Earful Tower is not. Well, EPCOT has its own characters (Figment and Nemo), but Hollywood Studios doesn't have attractions with characters, except for Toy Story Mania, which has been excluded since its a Pixar movie and has CGI characters. 4. You can see Splash Mountain in the background. Black and white cartoons are trying to escape to that place, but there is a Monstro zombified, and as we saw, Blob zombified all color cartoons. Well, the color cartoons may have zombified Monstro, because he is a VILLAIN. Remember, he tries to eat Pinocchio. So we can conclude some things: - [I]The scenery for the game will be Walt Disney World and its theme parks.[/I] - [I]The enemy is Inkpaint Blob.[/I] - [I]The story may be like this: Blob wants to destroy Mickey and all color cartoons, and make everything black and white. So he tries to destroy Walt Disney World. He destroys some of it (hence the teacups from Alice in Wonderland ride and Henry the Bear), but Mickey makes the Cinderella Castle go above the ground in order to save himself, while the other cartoons get the rest of WDW, put it on Monstro and run away to the ocean. Blob then gets black and white characters to do the work for him, and he believes that by destroying Mickey, he will be able to destroy all color cartoons. That is why there is a Paint Thinner.[/I] - [I]The color cartoons - they have been zombified or destroyed. Example: The monster that is a mashup of Jafar, Goofy, Crocodile from Peter Pan, Sam the Eagle (from Disneyland's America Sings ride) and more.[/I] - [I]Why the black and white cartoons want to run away? Because Blob makes them live in a horrible city made of paperboard boxes and other stuff. But they try to rebel, hence the grafitti saying BLOB SUX and a Mickey head near it.[/I] While writing this I noticed something strange. This reminds me of a game. A famous game. A game that Facepunch loves... Thats right. [B]HALF LIFE 2[/B] Look. Blob is the Combine, they want to imprision all the black and white cartoons, which are the citizens in order to destroy the color cartoons, which is The Resistance, to conquer Walt Disney World, which is the Earth. But there is this hero, Mickey Mouse, or Gordon Freeman, that is the main thing that stops them to make this. Wanna make a correction: Apparently the early Disney characters want to get revenge against Mickey, and Blob may be their leader. Thats what, I think. More analyzing coming soon.

Given the artistic direction if there isn't a 'God is dead/Walt is dead' like graffiti somewhere I'll be disappointed.

I also don't think the dwarves are kidnapping the characters, look at the direction of the wake coming off of them. They're headed towards the beach, and one is heading towards it already holding a character. I like the idea of dropping them off as slaves to work on the Paint Thinner device.

Apparently, the scenery still is Walt Disney World, but actually all the black and white cartoons want to destroy Mickey. So he probably tried to refugee himself over at Cinderella's Castle. Blob may be the leader, and he is using WDW as base of operations, kidnapping color cartoons. Hence the Tomorrowland scene and the rocket with Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. Yep, this is awesome.
