It took me about 2 months before i got an invite.

Its meh really, driving away from cops is kind of fun but it loses its fun too, thankfuly you can get ranks etc just by doing that so you wont have do drive races, after million tries I finally got to race and the opponents all had rank 3 cars while I was in my puny rank 1 mazda and I was left to chew on the dust.
It is beta tho, so it is not that fair to judge it on that.
Wow, this game crashed 4 times in 15 minutes, thats unacceptable even for a beta

I can't wait for the full thing to come out :P and i also love how i plug in my friends wired Xbox 360 controller and it works right away :P

I have no lag at all, the game is great, and I think it supports most controllers.
Tried the beta, hated it. Racing was glitchy and boring, only somewhat fun thing was the cop chases. Cars also disappeared randomly.
The game's ok. Bit glitchy, but hey it's a beta.
The car driving feels arcadey.

Didn't support my Logitech Dual Action gamepad, mostly because I couldn't set custom controls and the game didn't set any defaults for it.

The wins in Mario Kart are almost never cheap.

This beta was not really good, mayor lag in some races, and connection problems regarding multiplayer races and private matches.. Server was a bit more stable this time though. Really doubting if i should buy it or not..

It is, for the most part.
Tried it out today and had a lot of fun, but I didn't really get to do much multiplayer... I had fun but it was sorta lacking the whole online part. Am I missing something?
Everything looks exactly the same as Most Wanted.

Speedboost barely does anything, you can stock up on the powerups all you want and it'd still make no difference
Especially on pursuits since the emergency escape one is actually worth anything.
My only real issue with the game is that pursuits can start to drag on
