Whenever I buy a ship, none of the weapons show up in the Weapons menu. Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to just rebuild all of the weapons systems?

T, select weapons computer or whatever controls the weapons, press 0-9 to assign key

No, those didn't show up in the menu at all. I just had to rebuild the systems.
On the StarMade forums i can see a lot of posts regarding ships suddenly dissapearing and random lag even at low player count.
I would kindly suggest to make massive vessels in Single player (and load them back in MP) or to continuesly save your ship when in MP.
I can't figure out turrets for the life of me.

It's doing the same thing as before, and I'd say I need kciking again to rejoin, but I'll have no ship and 200 money so it's not even worth the time

No, but you can enter chat while holding w and it will keep it steady.

You must run your core into it, so it is sometimes easier to just run out. I have no idea if salvage cannons can get them.

I hope they make it eventually a lot harder to get gear for you ship. After 2 pirate kills you already have 3 mil plus. That's enough to buy 2 space station and battleship just from killing the beginner noob pirates.

I think the emphasis on where he is in alpha is getting the mechanics worked out, the more techinical loot tables and shit will probably be sorted later.
