Just made a thruster/missile silo on my ship, so far it's god damn deadly. Scary how powerful missiles are, they make anti-matter cannons look like child's play. [editline]22nd April 2013[/editline] Just making ONE of those silos took a half an hour of work and thousands of blocks. I still need to make another and a dozen other compartments of my ship. This game eats away at my time like mad.

Can someone give me a guide to manufacturing so I can make hulls and weapons and such? There isn't much information in game and nothing on the wiki. I have no idea what I am supposed to do to get these things.

How do I find plexnanium or whatever? I want to make hull in a factory, but I only find a bunch of useless stuff.

Is it possible to make cockpits view in a direction other than the front of the ship? I rotated the block and all but it doesn't make a difference.

it's like fucking pirate AI is basically "spin like an idiot, get close to sector border when in battle so the enemy's shots miss because of lag"

I would advise against turrets until they actually work because they are a pain in the ass to all get set up and whenever a server restarts or crashes, they all become undocked so you have to go dock them all then enable the AI on all of them again. Oh and they will shoot your ship if the enemy is on the other side.

For some reason my weapon specifications keep reseting every time I start my game. I have to redo the configuration every single time.

Also I recommend changing the ship's name if you haven't removed the old ship. I think the game doesn't allow you to spawn a ship with the same name or something.

The next stage of my ship is done, the side cannon and missile silos are now done. [img]http://i.imgur.com/nu6B64B.png[/img] It's impossible for it to run out of energy and the regen is insane, especially considering the thing shoots out a billion anti-matter shots out a second it seems like. Seriously, those ENTIRE hulls you see there are just pure weapons. [editline]22nd April 2013[/editline] Also, mind you that entire 'head' is filled to the brim with shields.
