League is putting me through the torture routine that it sets up for virtually everyone in the game.
I have had 5 games today.
I went positive in 3 (one was assist-positive-as-fuck)
Did not get first win of the day.
In one of the games, two people that were duo queuing disconnected because we didn't want to surrender because the score was not that far apart.
In another game, I was supporting an Ezreal that started with 56 AD and 16 armor. Basically, no runes, got crushed by Cait + Sona poke.
This is my summary of the 4th(or 7th) routine league has put me through.

I think I'm going to just mute everyone at the start of the game and only talk when I have to (e.g "no ult"), it's probably better for my mental health.
Just had a game where we were down 6/20 or something. I contributed to 5/6 of our kills as our jungler with no deaths. 1/7 Brand said I was a shitty tank because I had no deaths and that he had 7... I shit on the enemy top lane by killing him 3 times but our Rengar somehow let him reach 7/3...

On a more positive note, Nautilus is still pretty cool. He feels a tad safer than the last time I played him but we'll see.

It does because I do that (well try to if I don't suck) in my ranked games, and it works 50-60% of the time.
And it actually makes us win, since you know, good communication = good team mostly = win games.

so just what exactly can fiora's riposte reflect? i know it's all basic attacks, but it seems like it can reflect GP's Q, too. which makes me wonder. pantheon's spear, garen's silence, jax's ult bonus damage? just what can you reflect?

The lag could be a lot of things; we really need more to go on here. Check your router bandwith monitor and see if you actually have enough bandwith, you might not have enough bandwith to handle the quality you're trying to stream it. I mean, you just said "i'm lagging please help" but can't really do much with that unless you provide some information.

gangplanks q works exactly like a normal basic attack
she'd still get silenced by garen and the jax bonus damage would obviously go through

What bitrate? The upload is nice but not amazing; I wouldn't try running 1080p on that, you should be able to run something like 720p@4000 kb/s which is still very nice. Also try it out on other websites. I know that when i tried own3d.tv when it still existed it lagged like hell, but twitch worked perfectly.

Make sure you use OBS instead of XSplit
