I hate playing with Shacos and LeBlancs on my team, because I *always* fall for their clones at the worst times.
I remember this one time, I was some super fed adc, like Graves or Draven or someone, and we just had a bit of a counter gank that occurred down bot. I was fine, but my support either died or b'd and our Shaco was really low, too. Then suddenly he just randomly deceives and starts running into the half health enemies and I start yelling on Skype, "NO NO, WHAT ARE YOU DOING, STOP, DON'T, OH MY GOD" and I legit [I]flash[/I] into the enemies in an attempt to "save" my Shaco. I think we still got one kill before they got my shut down bonus. In Skype, I was like "What were you thinking???" and it was silent for a bit until everyone just burst out laughing. :v:

It's a gimmick, Thresh's hook pull can put him in a bad position for an ADC, his hook stops him auto attacking which sucks, he doesn't have AD abilities and he doesn't do as much sustained damage as other ADC, just his initial burst

It's super fun, and can be really powerful if you concentrate on collecting a lot of souls and maxing your q first. The real problem with it is that Thresh has just about 0 waveclear, with his e being his best ability to push minions out of turret range, but you can't max that first without sacrificing all of your auto damage. He also has 0 natural attack speed growth, so you can't really rush damage without grabbing a zeal or stattik shiv somewhere in between.
But it is really fun. He can peel for himself, set up kills for other damaging teammates, and he gets a bit more tanky than the average adc since he's collecting so many souls anyway. I once got to 300 souls on an adc Thresh, omg, I could kill anyone before they could kill me.
EDIT: He's also a really great option for when you call adc and then someone else locks in MF or Tristana or something, because then after you steal 3 or 4 of their kills, you can take your place as the TRU CARRY...
