Ultra noob question: What does someone mean when they say ACD. Or is it abc... whatever.
I used to play a year ago, stopped and when I played a few rounds yesterday I didn't even know what anyone was talking about. I was bitched out because my builds where apparently "The worst idea since Nazis started the third reich." And Blitzcrank is banned in every match. A year ago, that was silly.
Anyway, I'm now noob again. So, now what?
you mean ADC?
AD Carry. Graves, Ezreal, Corki, etc.

ADC is generally a ranged Attack Damage carry, like Graves, Caitlyn, Tristana or Vayne to name but a few.
People tend to ban Blitz because they can't dodge skill-shots or ward brush where he might be, and he only needs to land a couple of Q's to make up for missing every other grab. It's Season 3 now, so there're new items and changes across the board, what worked a year ago may not work so well now as there're items better suited etc.

Nothing is worse than the fed guy suddenly thinking he's anti-mage and tries to 1v5. Had one match where tryn had 15 kills, soraka had recalled to finish aegis so I went to farm jungle waiting for her since the stalemate at mid was going nowhere. At that very second when I start wraiths and soraka finishes recalling tryn ghosts and charge in 1v5 and is CC spammed and killed before you can say dignitas.
So what is the better choice? Nocturne or Shaco?
Nocturne is a lot easier to play. But a good Shaco can cause a lot more havoc.
They're both not very up-to-par junglers, so it's hard to give you a straight answer.

Summoner name would be swell for us to look at your builds and give advice.
nocturne seems to have much more presence in general
plus he's a lot more forgiving with ganks (from what i've seen)

Personal preference, but I'd say Nocturne is more useful by far with my experience.

I dunno, the fact that Shaco could be your lane at any moment in the game is sorta terrifying.
that's true for any jungler, though
it's like schrodinger's jungle. the enemy jungler is simultaneously prepping to gank in the bush and off farming his own jungle, and you'll never know which until you ward him
Nocturne used to be an amazing pick when he didn't have to be in brush ward range to get his ult off. Now you have to think a lot harder about how you initiate fights.

erm shaco has extremely high presence in the laning phase

I expect that my builds are wrong for the curent state of the game. I also suspect they are wrong for any period of the game. :v:
I usually play Wukong or Ramus and my goal is to help someone else get fed and win. (preferably my team...)

You can fuck yourself over with overheat, the need to manage heat, E and R are skillshots.
difficulty rating doesnt really matter that much, unless you just started playing the game.

Rumble is the most difficult champion I've played, I always manage to overheat myself in the worst of moments and miss the ultimate. I'd love to play him but I just can't quite pick him up for some reason.
Rumble's one of those champions that just clicked with me
Flamethrower, skillshot, flamethrower, AoE nuke
Boom
Just be in danger zone all the time. Get a lot of mpen and just burn shit. And never smart cast his ult
