Yeah so many Karthus's fuck up because they don't die in their escape route or back line, what's even worse is that most Karthus's don't realise they are meant to die in a specific place
I found out that I play much better if I "tunnel vision", as in I ignore chat 95% of the time, ignore looking at other lanes and only focus on me me and me.

Yeah I ignored him and noticed I was actually bringing my score back, which is nice because I used to think ignoring people had no impact but it clearly does, maybe when I'm annoyed at people being stupid in chat I subconsciously start playing bad to the detriment of their own game or something

Ignoring the lanes is stupid, but ignoring chat is amazing. People expect you to see they type ss, but now theres a ping. Just use the damn ping, I hate the chat.
relying on other people calling/pinging mia is fucking stupid, if mid goes missing and you get ganked top, it's your fault. Get some map awareness.
I'm not saying don't call mia or whatever, I always ping "Enemy missing" for my lane, but a good player should assume the worst. Look at the map. Are they in lane? No? It's MIA. If you get ganked, don't blame anyone other than yourself.

I still look at the map of course, but I tend to really LOOK at the other lanes, and ignore my lane quite often while laning.
If I recall or if I am on my way then sure, looking doesn't hurt either.

I was malphite one game vs 5 AD and/or AS dependent champions (I remember tryndamere, xin zhao, teemo, jarvan, and some ad carry).
I had 600 armor and a couple thousand HP.
At some point I stood in place and laughed as they all tried to take me down together, and eventually just walked away to my base.

The game started horrifically, lux got fed, zed was bullying singed around with fiddle and nami got caught over-extended 3 times to feed cait then I decided it was time to trash dumpster some scrubs and went 5-0 quickly and went up to 13/0 until zed finally shut me down and then nami/zyra just initiated as I cleaned up.

It's my PC, my brother built it for me turns out he cheaped out and got a stock fan thinking it was okay and with the constant computer explosions it isn't and I don't have the money atm to get a proper one :/

I decided to play a game while the NA servers were dying.
it went like 10-50 with me as zed and we're all losing. the chat is being spammed with laughter and enemy jax and I just fuck around the entire 40 minute lag fest.

also ezreal is my main adc and I can tell you his positioning is often difficult as fuck because it's currently league of gap closers. Vayne and him are defo the most difficult.
