I've meet a lot of spanish people who refuse to speak english even if they know it. They call you gringo if you don't speak spanish, even if you are spanish but you are just speaking english because It's An English Server.

I was playing an awful match (I was support thresh) where a premade of idiots wanted to blame everything on me.
Cait had no idea what she was doing, autoattacked, it looked as if she was trying to miss as many last hits as possible.
Then the jungle jarvan than didn't know how to gank, he just jumped into people solo.
I had a bluescreen in a teamfight (It was after I used my ult, and Syndra used her spells. Maybe that's what did it?) and they tried to surrender so I'd get an "leaver" mark.
I managed to get back just when they did it. They even said everyone should report me!
Do they not know that the chatlogs get saved when you report someone?

They don't know how to play, they can't accept they made a mistake, they ruin everything else on purpose, troll and grief to confort themselves.
Why are these people still playing?
