If you sit there cursing in german and goes face first into the team with a score of 1/18 you're gonna get a report either you want it or not.
I mostly sat there trying to salvage what i could. Unlike you (i'm guessing) i don't let that shit slide ~
How do I build Diana? Usually rushing abyssal scepter works, but against AD mid, i buy seeker's armguard but is it worth it to rush it in to zhonya's as first item? Buying deathcap first is a real pain for me, even if you pick up a doran's ring or 2, you're going to do shit all for damage until you get the needlessly large rod. I have a lot of trouble with farming as Diana (especially in mid), so I rarely have 1600g in one go.
I haven't tried nashor's on her, and I'm considering building RoA on diana too.
I don't think I've tried her top either, does she do well against tanky DPS top champs?

You can't report people for poor performance. I mean, you can report them for "unskilled" and they'll supposedly have their mmr dropped or something, but hey it's just normals. Also you can't report people for not wanting to surrender. If someone is pissing you off, for example flaming you in foreign languages, put them on ignore and report after the game. If you're getting involved, chances are you're just making the problem worse. It's usually best to just keep quiet if you have nothing good to say, report and move on.
