MAP 30: Icon of Sin.
To win the game you must kill me, John Romero.
Mass Effect 2 easily. It was one of the most well done endings in a long time. Everything was just laid out just perfect.
Mass Effect 2. Nothing made me want to kill those collectors more than the music in that level.
Heavy Rain's ending, it's different everything because of your actions throughout the game and it can be really emotional or a 'you saved the day ending'.
Jesus Christ, that was an intense 30 seconds.
The ending of Medal of Honor was pretty badass, all along you have been chasing General Sturmm the whole game, and finally he makes his last stand. "I admire a man who never gives up" "But today you are going to die, american!" All in perfect German, man I love how guys at EA keeps their germans speaking german and not some stupid engrish with horrible stereotype accent
Metro 2033 hands down.
To be honest, I believe Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines has some pretty epic final levels, depending on your choice.
The final level of Thief. [sp]You sneak into hell and steal a ritual artifact from the devil with an exploding version while he is in the middle of a ritual with it. That's right, you sneak around and kill Satan without him even knowing you're there. Though technically, in universe he is "the Trickster", and you snuck into "the Maw."[/sp]
Super Mario 64. Holy shit, the music, the level, the boss, the everything!
Call of Duty: World at War had a pretty decent ending, I liked it.
Super Metroid the fight with Mother Brain.
This.
Holy fuck, I loved Monster-Ock. Effectively, it's you escaping from Doctor Octopus's exploding laboratory, while Doc Ock has merged with Carnage and is now chasing you. In the end, [sp]The Avengers save you, and all the villains go to jail,[/sp] where they all play poker. Except for Rhino, he's too much of a dumbshit to play it.
Is it just me or is this spiderman on the ps1? Oh god what an awesome game! I'll go play it right now dammit! MGS4 had a freaking awesome ending. Whole game felt like one of those top budget movies.
The first time I played OP's level, I made it with two seconds to spare. Epitome of FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK.
Mock 2, the Speed of Stupid The Final Destruction/Hybrid TFD: Hybrid:
The final duel at the end of MGS4 was intense. The final battle in Otogi 2 (well, final secret battle): That game looked so fucking good considering it's on Xbox 1. The final level of Jade Empire was epic too, depending on your choices.

Sorry if this has been posted before, but GTA:IV I thought it was extremley satisfying (at least in the revenge path, never tried the other) and it's melancholy'ness only made it better.
I like a lot the Citadel levels on Half-Life 2. The Portal ending is pretty cool too though.
Not really a final level but if you choose to fight "The master" in Fallout
When you fight Xemnas in KH2
The final level in Penumbra: Overture was sad[sp]when you killed Red[/sp]
I know MW2 is a piece of shit, but the single player was enjoyable and I found it very amusing [sp] throwing a knife in the eye of Shepherd[/sp] at the end of the game.
Gta San Andreas with the huge shootout and driveby was pretty cool.
Fallout 3's was bitter sweet. [sp]When you let out the clean water. With the cost of your dads life earlier on in the game[/sp]
The Ending to Penumbra: Overture. Nothing epic happened, but good god if I didn't love it. I hated it, absolutely hated what I did. :suicide:
The final level of Thief. [sp]You sneak into hell and steal a ritual artifact from the devil with an exploding version while he is in the middle of a ritual with it. Only game in the universe where you fucking go Ninja on God Damn Satan. In Hell, without the fucker noticing. God damn I have to play that game again, I still got the original box and the CD I got as a kid.
the final stage of CoD: big red 1
ME2 , COD 2 , Half Life 1 and Halo 1 & 3 where you drive the warthogs .
