Oh yeah, you can get great performance if you go to the configuration thing in the Dosbox start menu, and set the core status to dynamic. That way your game can auto adjust itself and you can run without playing around with the cycle speeds.

Is a green flying imp? If so, avoid it unless you have spell absorption as a trait or a high Intelligence or Willpower or which ever one which gives you spell resistance.

You don't have to, if you go into your DOSBox settings there is a line called [autoexec]. If you put those commands into the Autoconfig section they'll be done for you.

because a lot of us grew up way after MS DOS became outdated, mebbe? when I first started playing computer games (some time in Middle School), I was playing AVP 2 on Windows 95. never knew about MS DOS until... I came here, and people started talking about it... I think.

Anyone else get into Daggerfall? The tutorial says it'll return in 7 (I think) days and it took 8 days to travel to Daggerfall, and I've been roaming around for a few days with no idea what to do, because the tutorial still isn't back.

No, that fucker was easy. It was a fucking orc that killed me. I slashed the shit out of this skelaton and it fell off a ledge, then I walk a little to the left to this corridor and there was an orc in it who was like RAWWR *slash* then I was dead.
