Anyone else write 'PENIS' on the side of their cars before the KttC event ended?

Why would I do that? I'm not 12.

So, is there going to be actual restrictions on what is and is not okay to create when APB goes live, or will we be as free as in KttC? I'm expecting the former, but I haven't personally seen word regarding either way, so I'm unsure.

Because homemade sausages are much better than normal ones. And there's no job for a person like me, only once it happened that somebody needed my help with the internet connection and paid me for solving the problem.

As hyped as you guys are, I'm not so hooked on the game. I spent more time creating stuff than playing an action district because of the admittedly awesome character creation system. But while in game, the chances of you actually seeing your character's face are slim and most of the time, the in game graphics are too poor to see your character in all their beauty (Though I was playing on medium, so that's probably why :v:) But even still, the action districts are rather dull. Missions consist of (for the criminals at least) arson, bombing, breaking and entering, theft, delivering stolen item and subsequently running from the cops. For 5 minutes. It's a strange thing, how everyone else manages to kill you in a second with their Star 556s but you can't kill one in 5, even with dead on shots. It's repetitive, it's bland and there isn't even a skill system to keep me entertained, though I can understand the lack of said system. The better players get more money and more rep in the missions. This means that the shit players will remain shit and the rich players will be the best. I don't think this kind of segregation is the best of ideas, unintentional or not. So I've cancelled my pre-order. This just isn't the kind of game I'm interested in. I like story progression and character progression, and an entirely PVP based game isn't for me. /rant

You can't really complain about the graphics when you're playing it on Medium.

Just pre-ordered it because I liked the beta before KttC didn't get a chance to play KttC but I think I might leave the game for a while till (hopefully) they can fix any balance issues.

Sounds like you were playing alone. It's not a great game for soloing.

The only time I got anything done was when I was doing a coop with a stranger. Maybe you're right, maybe you're wrong, it doesn't matter, because I cancelled me prorder.

It's the most fun when you're going around with a group of co-ordinated people.

I'm probably going to go with the "pay for X hours" system, depends on how quickly I blow through the 60 free hours.

The introduction of the chaos ruleset instances, supposedly soon after launch if I'm remembering the info in Game Informer correctly, should make this game a helluvalot better. Hell, having no kill restrictions might just correct the imbalance since random people can help you out.

Well from what I have seen, it is funner with a group of peeps. Maybe people can add me on steam and we can group up once I get it haha. I don't want to be alone :[

I'm pretty sure that the chaos ruleset basically means everyone can kill eachother. Pretty sure they're going to add it so it's just another district you can go to, called the Chaos District where there are no kill restrictions or anything. [editline]11:26AM[/editline] ninja'd

So Deathmatch. Yeah, I could see what being fun. I can't tell you how many times I've sat there wishing I could run that enforcer down in my GX 8000 :v: Chaos district should be a red light district of sorts if you ask me.

About that "Pure skill", its basicly a district without upgrades. What do you guys think about it?

I like the idea, I hope they add more PvE content in the future though. Although, saying that, the game doesn't seem to have any sort of real AI in it at the moment. Civillians just run and cower.

I thought the chaos districts were basically TDM, as in enforcers vs criminals, not just everyone vs everyone.

Yea, I would love if the NPC had different personalties and did more than just walking, running, being in the way. Hmm maybe it was, we'll see.

I would love it if they responded more to my speeding towards them.

I'm surprised there's still no list of detailed faction/ contact progression and what you get for attaining certain roles. Would be hella' helpful.

I think it'd be cool if there is a Crim vs. Enforcer war and if the Enforcers are low on people they get substituted by civilians that have guns, and for Crims if they're low, street gangstas help. I unno, something like that would be cool. Or if the People would fight back instead of just cowering.

@Dashiel [cuz those two posts weren't there ten seconds ago.] Hopefully RTW will work on that later, cause let's face it, would you rather have well refined gameplay or some extra depth to giggle at here and there at launch?
