Tbh if someone's firing a machine gun at you and you're firing the Stabba at you then they're most likely going to win, you need to get the first hit.
It was weird..I tried using the Stabba last night...Im like 10ft behind a guy, he is kicking open a door, I hit him twice with the Stabba...he keeps running, hides in a corner inside...I run in, shoot him twice, reload, shoot him 2 more times...the whole time he is spraying me with an OCA....I put 6-8 shots into him with the Stabba Pig, and he won.
Just made a Tattoo to complete my "Faith" look for AntiAlias, it's nowhere near as detailed as Faith's but I ran out of space. Any smaller and it'd have started losing it's detail.

I was on an action district this morning. The district chat was on fire with discussion about a "memory leak" similar to the one GTA4 PC has. This might be the issue.
Some people get it. Some people don't.

Really cool. I'm thinking of doing a circuit board design for a hoodie. This reminded me of it. Might look really nice. Basing it of an actual design I saw. I'll post it after I get started on it. Might even sell it.
I tired to make faith, But i failed hard so i scrapped it, that faith looks cool though kudos.

Yes it does. I haven't once been matched up with an unfair fight on my Enforcer yet I get one every match on my Criminal. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that you're forced to do escape missions on Criminal and they're normally initiated against you by groups of enforcers.
Ok, two choices here.
A) I am outright lying
B) You are just being incredibly lucky on Enforcer/unlucky on Criminal.
There are threads all over the forums about how matchmaking is broken no wonder what side you were on. So no, both sides have to deal with it and there isn't a conspiracy to make Criminals not want to play the game. The difference between Criminal and Enforcer play is quite small actually. Both have the same missions, despite the some people thinking their side always has the "hard" ones. A lot of criminals hate bounty missions because they find them too hard, a lot of enforcers hate bounty missions because they find them too hard.
Would you recommend me buying this with these specs?

It won't look amazing (crippled engine due to low ram) but you could "play" it if you don't' mind lower settings.

The difference is that Criminals are FORCED into these unfair fights, Enforcers aren't. If I don't want to go up against that group then all I have to do is decline the mission where as on my Criminal I will get groups of Enforcers coming after me if I like it or not.

That's part of the fun as a criminal. Not knowing when you'll have the enforcers after you. It's part of why I loved playing criminal at first.

Medium settings?

That is the actual problem of bad matchmaking interacting with the percieved problem of nonconsensual PVP as criminal. And often times enforcers don't choose to fight an outnumbering battle. Most of our missions involve dispatches against 2 or 3 people as a 3 or 4 man group, they call for back up to tie it up, then call for backup again to get a 2 man or 4 man group. It's bullshit, for both sides.

I don't know how many times I have to say this, it's only fun when it's a fair fight.

Bullshit, Enforcers are forced into them just as much as you are.
No, Enforcers have a choice. The game starts the mission for Criminals, the Enforcers have to accept the mission first.
Whatever, holy shit, if they fix the matchmaking you won't have to deal with that anymore. I mean you will still have to deal with being forced into PVP (Don't like it, don't play Crim) but atleast it will be balanced.
Really don't see what your problem here is.
You honestly can't see what the problem with being constantly forced to fight against groups of 2-4 when you're by yourself?
You honestly can't see what the problem with being constantly forced to fight against groups of 2-4 when you're by yourself?
It happens all the time to me, I never really complain about it. Well, I never play solo. What I mean is I get matched 2v4~.
oh jesus here we go again.
Thats what I am saying. Read, please. I was saying they SHOULD fix the matchmaking.
Holy fuck., you must be trolling at this point. Please say you just trolled me.

We don't get a choice when it comes to enemy dispatches.

You said you don't see what the problem is after you stated they should fix matchmaking, inferring that you were being sarcastic.
We don't get a choice when it comes to enemy dispatches.
You press either Y to accept or N to decline, that is a choice.

I specifically said the "being dispatched against my will" is not a problem because thats how criminal works. I will say it again: The matchmaking in this game needs to be fixed, for the benefits of both sides.
Also he said enemy dispatches, ie when you take a mission as enforcer to raid something or pick something up, enemy crims can dispatch against you at any time.
Medium settings?
I would say it ranges from you having to play from low to medium. I am unsure how well medium would work. If you are lucky, maybe medium high.
Yeah, I assumed he meant the dispatches you opt into. Nevermind, too hot for me to think.

Totally offtopic, did you receive the earpiece yet?
slightly more ontopic, where can I find my screenshots?
Okay, people complaining about the N-Tec, the OCA, Less-than-Lethal... all of your complaints have nothing on the fucking rocket launcher. That thing is beyond stupid.

Yes I did, thanks. Screenshots are located in (if you brought it on Steam) C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\All Points Bulletin EU\Media\Screenshots.

Only seen it once, freaking hilarious. The only thing that came to mind was run forest run.

Rocket launcher is pretty pointless if you don't have back up. Can't use it in a vehicle window. Excellent for bum rushing a VIP, but be prepared to die quickly while reloading. It's just not practical unless you have someone watching your back.

And when you do have backup, it's beyond ridiculous. It's a one-hit kill, and there's no time get out of the blast radius and walk away with at least a quarter health left, even at long range.
