There is a guy selling one for 400 RTW on the EU servers. What pisses me off is the Enforcer radar. They can flank you, but you can't flank them.

I'm pretty sure criminals get the radar too.
The rocket launcher is incredibly niche. Low ammo count, easy to dodge rocket, smallish blast radius, cant sprint, cant fire from a car.

Oh, that. That's only in escape missions, and the missions where both sides get it. Oh, and VIP, but only on the VIP.
There's also the odd mission we get it and have to stop a bomb attack or something, but those exist for criminals too.

Already have a 1 slotted Micro but I use this when I need to escape or w/e since it has chassis strengthening and vehicle endurance.

Any of you wanting to play this with a dual core: It doesn't run well, at all. I have a 3.2Ghz AMD 6400+ ( A bit older ) but anywhere from minimum my framerate doesn't change [B][U]at all[/U][/B]. It will always be 40ish when I run around, in combat sometimes it can drop to 20-25, driving goes 25-35. I get 60 overall in social.
If anyone is interested I got extra guns that need to go.
