I don't get it. One would think the Crims are the assholes, but in reality, it is the Enforcers who are the complete douchers.
Get over it. What is the point of being an enforcer if you are just going to constantly kill? (Besides the badass red/blue lights)
If you don't like being tazed, learn to shoot. If i'm chilling around a corner, throw a grenade. If you didn't know I was there, I could of just as easily, if not easier, peppered your face with ammo and killed you inside out. so it doesn't matter either way. Less than lethal weapons are just the excuses criminals use to whine about cheapness to cover up their lack of skill. Cry some more, I can't hear you over the siren.

Yes, because a pistol that can 2-hit your opponent and fire both rounds within a second is clearly just you being pr0 at the game. :rolleyes:
LTL makes sense, I'm not saying remove it, but it's just a bit too efficient. Once you use LTL using regular guns just becomes redundant. LTL is ridiculous until criminals unlock the energizer upgrades, but even then they have to waste an upgrade slot to counter your dumb nerf guns.

What are you blabbering about? Besides the PIG, which as a blatant magazine and range deficiency, all LTL weapons are worse than lethal weapons in almost all aspects. Especially when compared against the NTEC or OCA. (Barring any upgrades. Keep in mind, no LTL weapons support upgrades. The ones you can BUY with upgrades only gain magazine size and extra magazine upgrades.)

The PIG does have shit range, but if you hit with both shots (which at point blank ranges, i.e. what it's designed for, you will hit unless you're having a seizure), the victim is going down. LTL guns are bullshit central.

Anyways, I realize that I'm whining, but almost every time I round a corner, a moron with a PIG or stabba or NL-9 is waiting for me, and they win. I guess LTL weapons require a certain skill to use effectively, but it seems most enforcers have mastered that skill and all aspects of LTL.

Aim better. An OCA or NTEC will kill someone using an NL-9 faster than the NL-9 will stun you.
And keep in mind, you can UPGRADE the OCA/NTEC with 3 different upgrades, where as all LTL weapons are un-upgradeable.

That is a major drawback of LTL weapons, I understand, but it makes me a little angry when LTL weapons fill a niche that just so happens to be much larger than it should be. I guess you can't "feel my pain/the pain of all criminals" but being arrested 20 times a night gets relatively dull and rage-inducing after the first two times.
I suck with the OCA, and in close quarters I'm pretty bad with the N-tec too. I'm also a bit too early down the faction chains to start buying any useful upgrades, outside of magazine extensions.

Annoying =/= Overpowered.
Try one of the sniper rifles then. 2 hits to kill, just like it's 2 hits for the NL9 to stun, only the sniper rifles have higher range and rate of fire. (And can be upgraded)

hehehe I have a friend that snipes with me, we pretty much exclusively use Hill Tops.
We target the same enemy and unload, if we're successful we'll both hit him at the same time. Death (on his behalf) ensues.
Also, how the fuck do I unlock more contacts? I mean, Defian is at the boss tier, and I am level 8 G-Kings, but no new contacts.

Get to rank 3 with the proceeding contact. Even if it doesn't tell you "you have been referred to dickbutt" you'll still unlock the next contact.
Oh and make sure you're not doing a default contact, like Double-B or Pagan Bloodrose. It's fine to rank them up, but they don't have any useful contacts afterwards.

All these arguments against LTL and Enforcers in general almost make me want to switch my main to criminal just for the extra challenge and potential argument.
