Nope. Guy rolls up with an NL-9, shoots me twice, BAM, im stunned. (Did I mention he has Monolith and the other HP upgrade I can't think of?) Arrests me. Okay, no big deal. Just have to get on a roof and camp him or something. I do so. Rolls up with NL-9. I shoot him a bunch, he shoots me twice. Im stunned. Picks me off with RSA. Now I'm pissed.
Basically, that repeated again and I lost the mission.

I played Crim as my main in Beta, KTTC and for 50 hours after retail then switched to Enforcer. LTL is balanced. The NL-9 is a bitch to use because of the long reload time and the fact it only has 2 shots per clip, it takes a lot of concentration to hit both those times.

It's accurate as hell. Go into a 1v1 against an LTL. It's stupid, because it takes less shots to stun you than to kill someone with a normal gun, meaning you're boned in a firefight. And reload times don't matter when you duck behind a wall and pop out and hit every other shot.

This thread's already got tons of dumb LTL arguments that don't get anywhere, most of the time because the enforcers simply say "cry more" or "umad??" We don't need another one.

Yes, I agree with you on all counts except for the fact that when myself and two of my friends go up against entire teams of LTL's and get annihilated. Which is almost all the time.

The physics in APB. So silly. Road troll tries to crash my Espacio with a T-25, I chase him down. He gets flipped. Poor guy spent the next 5 minutes trying to flip it back over with a car.
The Bishada. Dear god, I've been driving Dutch's car when some guy on the mission bumps against the side and the front wheels manage to get on the roof.
Ragdolls. So many ragdoll glitches. Hitting a civvie at full speed with the Espacio will launch the victim at least 60 feet from the starting position.

Can't tell you how much I laughed when the NPC just walked away after he was shown the chicken emote. Frapsed it and it looked so perfect.

I'm pretty close to giving up on my criminal. I've played him for hundreds of hours, I've gotten tons of upgrades, but unlocking attachments for my current cars (Bishada and the Seiyo Espacio) is fucking impossible (and due to RTW's incompetence, I don't know how to unlock the parts), the editors grow increasingly frustrating to use, and I'm tired of going up against teams that only use their retarded overpowered guns.
That, and I'm just not as good as I used to be. In KTTC I could solo teams of 2 with no problem. Me and my n-tec were unstoppable.
Now, I either have to be using a HVR or an OCA to be any good.

Go to the social district, go to one of the customization booths, go crazy.
I was soloing my car theif up, and I got APB'd four times (in as many minutes.)
It's amazing how dumb Enforcers can be. I was escaping in my Seiyo Escapio, when two guys roll around the corner, in a Jericho. They drive pretty close to me, easily keeping up, and shooting me. The Escapio is so badass, his friend's n-tec isn't really doing much to my car. So he decides to ram me. He nicks my back left corner, and for some weird reason, my Escapio is unaffected. He, however, and his friend, do a pirouette through the air, and land upside down.
Later, against the same guys, they tried to cut me off. They stopped at an intersection, and starting shooting at me. I just said "FUCK IT" and t-boned them, sending their car flying at a wall. It exploded, and I drove off in my big dumb van, escaping and winning the mission.

Oh yes, let's never forget the fact that if you drive a Bishada parallel to another car, and the Bishada eases in a position where the two cars are "grinding" almost, the Bishada's wheels will literally climb the other car.
