I just bought this game and installed it and now it won't run. :saddowns: I really wanted to try it, it looked awesome from what I've seen of it.
EDIT: It works now, fixed it by updating my video card drivers.

And holy shit I am now a newborn Shotgun Noob. LTL's worry me no more, JG-840 + Face = 2 hit kill. Plus, I have the Joker. Which isn't bad, but if I'm soloing ill be in trouble.
Also, went up against three separate teams of entirely LTL's in less than an hour. We won most of the missions, only lost one or two. So meh.
Update on my Espacio soon, when Dutch isn't in game.

Yeah JG-840 fucks over everything at close range.
Also one time me and Joker and his friend went up against a group of 3 with all LTL weapons (Stabba shotgun, PIG, and stun grenade). They were holed up in the warehouse where the objective was. I shot one with my JG, grenaded the two survivors, and then shot their faces off with my Obeya side-arm.
We won with ~30 seconds left.
Finally unlocked the Predetorian boss :dance: Going to work on getting the Tigers boss unlocked next.
I unlocked the Blood Roses boss a while ago, but PistolKid doesn't have him, so I've had to hold his hand through all the contacts.

Srs question here. Erm, I see you Pistolkid and Dutch here are playing APB, das coo. I gotta ask though, does this game offer anything really cool to justify the cost of 40 dollars? I mean I wanna try the game badly, but I'm not playing on a gamble to take it for a test run and then fucking my wallet over since you can't take it back.
It's worth the asking price but not worth the monthly fee in my opinion.

It's truly unique and defining feature is the immense customizability of your character, cars, music, etc.

From what I've seen and am reading all over the place, the game itself offers very little in terms of *actual* gameplay. Missions become tedious and boring, matchmaking is ridiculously unbalanced, physics are broken, etc, same shit I keep reading alllll over the place.

think of it like MW2
if you look at it from the outside, it's a terrible game. unbalanced, buggy, etc.
but once you start playing it with some friends, you'll learn why others play too.
