Am I the only one who gets disconnected from the EA Servers every three minutes? And kicked with reason: Punkbuster ? I loved this game to bits, but what has happened? I am always getting kicked!!
As much as I love Titan and as much as I remember it being a game of who can out spam each other.
I don't remember my team mates consisting of 2 support standing at the entrance of a control room trying to take on half the enemy team holed up in a narrow hallway whilst the rest of my team play 'Lets see how many Titan guns I can destroy'.
We actually got the core open legit in the old days :smith:

I wish there were Assault Titan maps.
Like, 1 base that can't be capped, the rest of them are Titan Silos, and the enemy team's Titan.
Say it's a PAC Titan, and the EU has their uncappable base. The EU needs to cap the Missile Silos to attack the Titan, the PAC needs to cap the Silos so they can't fire. The game ends when the EU runs out of Tickets, or the PAC Titan is destroyed via Assault / Missiles.
I barely have enough money on my Amazon giftcard, so I can't get this for "free." Is this game worth $1.08?
So, I don't have that expansion pack - Northern Strike or something like that. Is it worth getting? Do enough people still play vanilla?
Vanilla was more popular than Northern Strike last time I played. It's pointless buying it now anyway as in the next patch it will be released for free.

Weird. Riddle me this.
1) When I select Ribbons in Awards : Game Crashes
2) I have Northern Strike installed aswell as in my EA Manager, yet items I've 100% unlocked (ye, 4 year old memory about a video game unlocks) are greyed out in BFHQ, yet I can use them in fight.
Also, GIEF MOAR MAPS FROM NORTHER STRIKE.
People keep playing on vanilla ones, while NS are so coool, +Goliaths and those speedy hover-jeeps and F-Awesome armors.
BFHQ doesn't really work properly on Win 7

Playing Fallout: New Vegas has affected how I handle losing my dog tags.
For every set I lose - 10 more must be collected. All whilst shouting: 'RETRIBUTION!'
Playing it is fine, just don't try to look at your ribbons or anything like that. It'll be fixed in the next patch. Haven't tried running as admin or in any compatibility modes so that may help.

Relax, it's just BFHQ.
Game works fine for me at least, it's just that if you click a ribbon in awards menu it crashes.

Oh.. well I haven't noticed the actually BFHQ not working, I guess I don't even go into it, but what I find doesn't work is me staying in a game for longer than 30 seconds. I hate punkbuster and EA servers..
Hopefully the update coming will fix that though, and is it true that the expansion for 2142 will be free with the update?

I remember playing this a VERY long time ago, and we used to have 2 computers that had 2142.
My friend and I were both obsessed with sniping (we were about ~11). We'd purposely go on opposing teams, find a nice, high roof over a capture point and snipe together to see who could kill whose team more.

Yes it is true, if you want evidence download the 1.51 beta patch. It already includes the content.
