Like, if all it had was Titan mode. It would still be more fun than any mode in any BF game. I love that mode.

2142 was fun but I stopped playing when the expansion pack released :saddowns: and whenever I try and play it again now punkbuster hates me no matter was I do.

Man I fucking LOVE 2142, but the shitty battlefield netcode just ruins titan mode so much. :saddowns:

But I put up with that shit man, I put up with using like 800x600 minimum details just to get 20 fps on my old PC.

If you can get good ping (<40) on a server, netcode is only a problem when you're standing on a moving Titan. Grenade/RDX/Claymore spam is much, much worse.

Titan mode would be so good if they had ever optimized it better.

Also, the [url=http://www.moddb.com/mods/first-strike]Star Wars: First Strike[/url] mod is pretty much a required play if you own the game.

It's an incredible mod.

I bought BF2142 when it came out, but a bit over a year ago it just started closing itself right after the first splash screen. Reinstalling didn't help at all. :saddowns:

I think they patched it now but you could raise a transport directly under a titan and if you got lucky it would go inside it, probably was related to titan lag when moving them also.
