Not quite sure what every one does, but basically they make the AI no longer sniper-accurate, and also slows down their reaction time for noticing you to be more realistic instead of WALK AROUND THE CORNER DEAD.

I'm no expert, but I'd assume the "ai_shot_bias" part is what changes the accuracy. So just copy the "ai_readiness_decay" and "ai_readiness_delay" parts.
I'll also add that "ai_LOS_mode" basically means the AI won't see you through walls, but has the side-effect of making them give up looking for you the instant they lose sight.

I think I may have just realized a fridge brilliance in there being no proper office workers in Office Complex.
Pretty much all the staff in those positions (Including Breen, especially) got a free ride out of Black Mesa before the incident/before it got completely out of hand while the lowly button pushing scientists in other parts of the facility got deemed irrelevant and left behind to die in Black Mesa.

They actually did make office worker models though, but they got cut for the sake of staying true to the original.
