Wow, I didn't know vertthrasher, the guy who made the HD weapon pack for HL2 that I always used, did textures for black mesa weapons. (just saw one of his posts about it on gamebanana)

His revolver skin in black mesa is actually pretty much the same skin from that pack but tweaked.
EDIT: interestingly enough, BM's is 512x512, while his original is 1024x1024. I'm taking the old one and changing it to match the BM changes to see how that looks in game.

I wasn't asking for the HL Alpha. I was asking for the scenes.image file that lets both Uplink and Surface Tension Uncut work together.

Yeah, I hope someone downloaded that, I want both mods for my next Black Mesa playthrough.
Oh this is just great! I go and try to play Black Mesa but when I try to play it it validates my files. Then, it says the Steam servers are too busy. So I tried re-installing Black Mesa and it still does it. Thanks Steam!

Just verify Source 2007 Sdk in your tools section, worked like a charm for me.
So what are some good mods/skins for this? I know Surface Tension Uncut is a good one but is there anything else.
I used to have a mod that fixed the sound on the crossbow reload, but I lost it when I reinstalled the game.

idk why, but I really want to make some Duke Nukem 3D levels for Black Mesa DM for some reason.
Hollywood Holocaust in BM:DM could be really fun.
Then again, somebody already made that for HL2DM so...
