OAR Uncut Alpha should be out in a few hours, it was delayed last night. Does anyone have that pack that makes the hgrunt's voice use the hgrunt_young voices? I can't find it. I think it was a few pages back.

I made it do that on the loop as well, it was funny. I go inside to turn on the power, while the train goes around the track and every once in awhile hearing "BDBDBDBDBDBDBDBDBDBDBDB".

i honestly dont like the hd pack faces since they dont feel like half-life to me but at the same time if they used the default citizen faces from hl2 it'd look pretty bad

How come I can't get fast weapon switch to work anymore? I check the box, click ok, then click apply. Then the box is unchecked and it doesn't work.

No date has been given, we have no real way of knowing how close they are.

There's a few bugs and oddities that you may or may not notice The office complex is not optimised yet so it gets a bit laggy in there, mostly down the middle. Also the lighting in the office complex isn't 'intelligent', by which I mean it doesn't use patterns or colours to subconsciously direct you toward your goal, but he's putting that in for the next version.
The two marines in Apprehension were hiding from the Black Ops. Then Freeman came along, killed the Black Ops, and ran into their storage closet.

I don't think the Assassins were there to kill Soldiers, yet. The Military doesn't start to lose until Surface Tension (when AG's show up in force) and don't begin pulling out until Forget About Freeman (they're completely overrun). The first Assassins were probably sent in by the CIA to retrieve important documents and were possibly also tasked with killing Gordon Freeman. Post-FaF their objective was changed to clean up the surviving Soldiers who could pose an intelligence threat now that they're out of Military control, while the Spec Ops were due the same as well as planting the Nuke. So I think it's a very slim chance of that being the reasoning.
Does anyone have the console command handy to give NPCs weapons?
