Countdown to Black Mesa Source V5 Thread.

I've only seen those two show up when you get ambushed, which it seems he scripted for it to happen that way. Also, I have a demo of those Vort sounds, but Youtube does not accept dem files, so I'll have to find a way to convert it later or something. I'd upload the demo file itself, but I don't know if it'll work, I suspect it'll just play the sounds off the computer it's being used on. I'm way overdue for sleep, I'll sort it tomorrow.
Edit character_manifest.txt I think that's the file that variates characters, in this case - marines. Find the specific grunts then the ambush grunts.

I haven't played the whole game with the new model pack yet, but I've only seen the BO grunts at the ambush scene, even though there seem to be more variants coded into the character manifest. All appearances for that type are scripted though, because they only appear under the "specific grunts" section, and I haven't seen them elsewhere yet despite playing most of ST. [editline]25th April 2013[/editline] Oh, and onto DEM files, it looks like you can't convert them to video, they don't actually record video, they record movements and actions (or so I've read). So the reccommended way to make a video out of a DEM file seems to be.. use fraps :v: Well, I'll just have to do it a few times and hope I can get a non-laggy decent quality video.

Yeah, the pizza ARG has completely run out of leads to follow and the developers are against giving hints, so it kinda just died. [editline]25th April 2013[/editline] Also video is uploading now, quality isn't great but it'll have to do. Should be finished in roughly 6 hours.
