Traynor took a page out of Ender's strategy book.
Should I pick the Asari justicar that upholds peace and honor? Or should I pick the cold blooded killer that murders just for fun? I can't find the paragon/renegade difference here guys, help
I can't tell if you're serious.
Samara all the way, in my opinion.

I feel sorry for him if it's somehow ruined the ME series for him, because I'm still enjoying the games incredibly. Sure the ending wasn't great, wasn't what you wanted but it's what you got and it's not changing any more. Aside from starchild being a pretentious prick I've come to terms with the ending and to be honest it's not super bad. A lot of people expected their choices throughout the games to have a play in the ending, but I'm not sure how anyone expected that to work, it would just make no sense, Mass Effect 3 in whole is a showcase of what your choices did, in everything that can happen and the people you can meet as you play it and the ending is just the conclusion to the fight with the reapers. Don't get me wrong, it's not what they promised, and it could have easily been better but bioware has already paid for their lies and I don't see how it ruins 3 great games for you.
Meh, I don't pick up Samara or Morinth half the time.
I did the first time through and on the one I imported to 3, but the other times I never bothered. Samara's so FUCKING boring!

Justicars are the ultimate cock block tease

That's kinda what I thought. Yes, a unique ending resulting directly from your choices would have been really cool. It also would have made for a very haphazard game. For example, say you chose to rewrite the heretics in ME2, and say because of this, the Quarians and Geth made peace due to their now peaceful nature. Welp, there goes a huge chunk of the game. Choice-specific endings would have required a ton of work on the developer's end as well.
I would totally get Kasumi, From Ashes, and Citadel in an instant for ME2 and 3, but Jesus, the DLC is so expensive. It's like $15 for each of the characters, and $20 for Citadel.
citadel costs ~$15 and ME3 was just on sale for $10 :v:
So I just finished ME3 for the first time with my ME1 character, I know a lot of people didn't like the ending even after it was extended but I found the entire experience emotional as hell, kinda sad the trilogy's done now.

spacemilf is so not boring
If anything, it's smarter to pick Morinth in terms of gameplay since dominate makes the suicide mission easymode.
morinth's romance scene is the greatest
morinth's romance scene is the greatest
I still think [sp]the screen should fade to black, have a few seconds of silence, then the Illusive Man says angrily "He died HOW!?"[/sp] before the mission failure popup.
spacemilf is so not boring
Milf? I wouldn't touch Samara with a 10 foot pole.
After playing through the Quarian vs Geth bit again I was reminded of just how mind-numbingly stupid the Quarians are. Reapers attacking? Fuck that, let's attack the Geth!

For a race that created a sentient race of ai units they sure are stupid alright
For a race that created a sentient race of ai units they sure are stupid alright
It explains where the lack of copy/paste the geth have comes from though.
For a race that created a sentient race of ai units they sure are stupid alright
Wrong.
They've determined to go their own path and learn on their own. It's what makes them unique and set apart from generic all knowing Berserker style races. The fact that more people saved the geth than the quarians speaks volumes.
Wrong.

I agree with the last sentence, but as for the rest: He was calling the Quarians stupid, not the geth.
I'm not saying they're in opposition, I'm saying the characterization doesn't fit on either account.
You can be philosophical radicalist, it doesn't make you stupid, only unwilling to see or allow an alternative.
It's like saying GoT's Wildlings are stupid. If they were actually stupid they would not be able to survive the North beyond the Wall for generations on end.
It's not the fact that they refuse to see an alternative to war that makes them stupid, it's the fact that they choose to go to war with them after the Reapers arrived. Without Shepard they would have been wiped out and the Geth would have been under Reaper control because the Quarians lack common sense.

And then that gameplay choice is turned around as she is turned into a Banshee in ME3.
And then that gameplay choice is turned around as she is turned into a Banshee in ME3.
Don't banshees show up where she is anyway?

It doesn't seem like the quarians really know the reaper threat fully though, or understand why it's relevant to them, considering they live entirely in a migrant fleet. To them it might seem like just another war, rather than an extinction event. Remember, they don't really have a "home" to defend like all the other races. It's not like the turians seeing their highly defensable homeworld razed to the ground or anything. They just fly around and if anything see the Geth as their own "reapers"... seeing as the Geth pretty much caused them to lose their home.

Is ME2 DLC still full price? Fucking unreal.

are you gay
Is ME2 DLC still full price? Fucking unreal.
I was under the impression that prices for DLC never changed.
God damn, I'm going out of my mind here. I have no money, yet I must Kasumi/Javik/Citadel.
Why do BioWare points have to be so fucking expensive.

/shrug
