Yeah I wouldn't say she looks good but she's not "OMG UGLY AS FUCK". I've seen worse.
There's been worse, no doubt, but compared to what they did with Yvonne Strahovski, they did a horrible job. [editline]31st March 2013[/editline]
The problem is the head doesn't match the body, she has a middle-aged face coupled up with really unfitting long hair and the most weirdest dress in existence. (It's like sportswear or something? I'm pretty sure reporters don't wear this sort of stuff.)
Yeah, her dress was ugly as fuck, too. I mean, it could have at least been tasteful. But no, we get some spandex hooker garb. Personally, I blame the BSN.
Not once have I let her on board the Normandy. No regrets.
So you forced her upon the crew of the ship she ended up joining. The least you could have done was spare those men and women aboard that ship her prescience in their final h ours, but no, you're selfish.
The only reason I keep her around is because she does give out some War Assets.

Yvonne did really well as a voice actress, considering she doesn't even play games or has a high opinion of them. Her face could have been done better though, definitely.
Really? I thought they did a good job of Yvonne's face. Her suit was... Why, but you could quite clearly see the facial connections, no doubt. Is there a drug of which I can take to see these bad differences? I'm clearly missing out on something. :v:
I think Miranda looks good most of the time, but the facial animations (mostly in me2) could make her look awful. It's probably because bioware's facial animation system worked well enough with their generic cookie-cutter models, but didn't mesh well with her unique face.
You could have just said you wanted Emily Wong.
I wish I could. I really do.
The game has a lighting engine that makes all faces look terrible, but especially Miranda.
I don't know, I can see Miranda is played by Yvonne but she just looked weird in ME2/3. I guess I'll blame the animations here. Her hair looked most of the time solid black, too. Then there is her outfit but personally I had that problem with few other characters in ME2.

Is anyone still playing the multiplayer? Would love someone to play with from the EU

I've kind of turned the corner on Miranda as a character. I never liked her much after the game came out, but after a few playthroughs she seems pretty cool, and Yvonne did a solid job as VA.
If it wasn't for Liara I would have made Miranda as my favorite LI, simply beside the obvious trend of daddy issues for about 3/4 of the team in ME2 regarding their histories/loyalties. I really enjoyed her back story and stubbornness of her character.

Just realised that one of the Ciradel DLC songs is called 'End of an era'. Its very rare for me to shed a tear, but upon realising that I was so close to finishing the game, I somehow managed to cry manly tears. Course, after that I never reached the deus ex machina. I ended the game on Earth, wrote my own ending saying that Shepard found out the crucible was a trap (complete with original Akbar) and then told the entire united fleets to blow every last reaper out of the sky/void of space. Then I used multiplayer as an epilogue detailing how any last reaper assaults were quelled brutally. How drunk I was at the time, I will never know.

At the end of the DLC for me, when Liara said "It's been a good ride", I was like "shit, that's the end of it all". I wish there was more. :(
Luckily they announced more, let's just hope they learned from the mistakes of ME 3. I don't want another game that leaves me wondering what the hell just happened when I finish, I want one that leaves me wanting more like the end of the Citadel DLC did.

[sp] While it can control or destroy the Reapers, it uses dark energy to do so, and with the buildup of its energy, it will devastate the Sol system(making the Sun age faster, rendering Earth inhabitable within 10 years), and effect most of the galaxy. After three years, the Reapers are pushed back, but at a staggering cost(the suggested Refusal ending I posted).[/sp]
Miranda must have had braces between the events of ME2 and ME3 or something. In ME2 she had buck-ass teeth, but in ME3 they were perfectly straight :v:

I'm just not sure about the next ME game. It just wouldn't be mass effect without Garrus, Wrex, Joker, Tali and everyone else. Even if it was great, I'd still find myself missing the old characters a bunch. Really, there's no good way to continue the franchise.

But if they make a bunch of jacobs then well obviously we know how that turns out.
KOTOR II had totally different characters and settings but still captured the atmosphere and feel the first game did, bioware has changed a lot but it isn't impossible to make another game.
KOTOR II was also developed by Obsidian Entertainment, not Bioware.
The Geth Juggernaut is the best multiplayer class ever!

Give it a few more years to forget a lot of the story and you can come back for a full replay of it someday. I know I will. EDIT: 2 in a row. Do I get a prize or something?
I hope we can play as a non-human character this time around, or at least have the option. Giving players a connection to the universe is important in the first game or two, but now that Mass Effect is established and we all enjoyed playing multiplayer with the new races, I think trying something like that in single player would be cool.
