Miranda's outfit not being skin-tight and... stretched... is just wrong.

Who thinks that if you tried to bang Morinth, it should have had TIM yell out "S/HE DIED HOW?" right after Morinth kills you?

Even if Saren is the "bad guy", I feel like he almost had good intentions, and it's absolutely terrible that you can goad him into shooting himself by questioning "if (he) had the guts to do it".

With the reapers it's just "we do this because there will be war with synthetics no fuck you I don't care if you are allied with synthetics".
I don't understand. All I know is I wish Shepard was voiced by Jack Black.
Aye; if they'd cast Jack Black as Shepard's VA, my enjoyment of the franchise would've skyrocketed. And made ME3's ending all the more depressing because of my squandered investment. But still, if Shepard's character had that rocking Jack Black edge to him, that woulda been pretty neat, even if there would be fanfics involving Jack Black and Liara. (there probably is already; I'm just saiyan there would be more)
With Saren you can almost see how he got to where he was though, and that is what makes him such a great villain. Hell, throw in some Hannibal Lectures to really get into your head, have the villain be willing to talk and explain his actions and justifications, I'm certain those are what can help make a good villain, at least better than the generic "he hates all things just because he's evil".
It'd work better as a TV series
Most definitely, but the sad part is no tv production company is going to shell out enough money for it to even come close to what it needs to be. Well, maybe HBO or Showtime.

So I just got some DLC, is this good for a second runthrough of ME2 and ME3? ME2: LotSB Cerberus Network Kasumi ME3: From Ashes Citadel I didn't have any DLC, including Cerberus Network, for my first run.
You should probably get Overlord if you can, it's probably tied with LotSB.
Speaking of From Ashes, does it still have that horrible game crashing bug after viewing one of the flashbacks? The one that you had to mash escape/pause button for, or was that patched? I've been avoiding that DLC mainly because I didn't want to deal with the game crashing if I wasn't fast enough.
Should be fixed now.
DLC
Overlord

Just did the Citadel Party and I damn near shed a tear by the end. Some of my favorite moments: [sp]Grunt: I am the Law! *Garrus names off an element found in Turian skin* Tali: Nerrrrrrd! EDI confronting Traynor about her sexual comments. [/sp] Shame it all has to end.
So I'm about to start my ME3 run, when should I start Citadel? I heard there's two separate parts to it, as well, so when should I start each?
So I'm about to start my ME3 run, when should I start Citadel? I heard there's two separate parts to it, as well, so when should I start each?
run into ALL of your characters as you're playing through. Do it all right before the assault.
So I'm about to start my ME3 run, when should I start Citadel? I saved the party for right before the final assault.
Just bought Citadel and Genesis 2. I now have every major piece of DLC, excluding the weapon packs. So Omega, Citadel, Leviathan, From Ashes and Genesis 2. Think it's time for my Second playthrough of ME3.
I've heard Leviathan was ok, I might get it once I get back to ME3 in my slowly progressing trilogy playthrough. Is it worth grabbing Omega as well? The trailer made it seem like Aria's VA really phoned it in.
Wait, Genesis 2? I am unfamiliar with that piece. OH that's the interactive comic thing, wasn't it?
Wait, Genesis 2? I am unfamiliar with that piece. OH that's the interactive comic thing, wasn't it?
Yeah, came out a week ago on PS3 and 360 I believe. Was on Wii U on release.

Other people differ. If you like doing a bit of "detective" work then you'll like it. It kinda ends [sp]in a weird way though. It gets better and better and bet- and it just stops.[/sp] That's how I felt about it anyway. Still thoroughly enjoyed it though.
I don't expect it'll change my opinions on the reapers motivations or anything, but I'll get it.

Did they ever fix the awkward immersion-breaking animation bugs in Omega's cutscenes?
I played Mass Effect 1 on release and I really liked it a lot, it was refreshing and different for once. Espcially with all the lore and background. So for many years I have not touched Mass Effect 2 or 3 until two weeks ago, I decided to get both of the sequels and play through it. Oh boy, I am quite disapointed by them. A lot of people seem to praise the series but I don't find them to be really oustanding. Mass Effect 2 was decent enough, although I expected far more. The story was quite basic and there were a lot of missions inbetween that delayed the very few story missions. The fighting is decent but not really that engaging, the skills are quite boring and overall the mechanics are workable. The universe and dialogues are clearly the best part that kept me playing on. The ending was also quite innovative. Some of the characters are totally annoying though, I don't even know why I recruited a few of them, I never bothered with them anyway. Like Jack, the Asari Justiciar or Tali. It was also far to linear for my taste. So I was quite excited to play the third installement because I heard that the game itself is quite good, I was totally disapointed. The dialogues are heavily reduced and the option to even remove the dialogue options is an outrage. The combat mechanics are better but overall it's not really a good third person shooter, nor is it a real rpg in any way. Also some of the graphics got worse and the animations are really odd. I'm not very far into the game but I have no appeal to continue the game. The characters are also quite boring. What a waste of money.
