Minecraft Thread V26 - New mob: Notch's floating head! - Games

Sadly, red torches can't melt snow. I have a few buckets of lava, gonna see how well a pipe system works. Quick test: One bucket goes 4 blocks, melts some, but it'd be faster by hand or bucket.

Oh yeah I gave it a crown afterwards too. :v:

I got more than 200 snowballs on a failed attempt at a snow mill. These are actually very nice. I mean, every morning, I just head out there, run it, fix it up a bit, plug it up, then do something else. Now is there a way to get it to active and deactivate by button/switch?

Here's an idea: Mirror/prism blocks. If they get hit by (strong) light they extend it outwards along their faces. You could have complex underground lighting systems and what-not.

This will be on top of a hill that you will make. Place the 3x3 area in the center of a 5x5 area, continue with a 7x7 and 9x9 until you feel it's enough. Get to the top of the pillar by pillar jumping on snow blocks. Place water. The snow pillar will dissolve and a large area covered with water. At least, in theory.

I got about three stacks of snow, I'm replacing both my mills with just the one built. I think a pyramid would be overkill, though, and maybe wasteful. Despite the half-laughing at conversations going on in the background, I like it for sake of the zombie playing along with the story.
