Pretty neat. But I prefer running around and picking them up after the snow rig is used. Seems faster.

okay i heard about ice caves but so far have not found any in a newly generated map... are they deep or what?

Question: In the alpha (1.0.4 and 1.0.5) I seem to have no luck finding iron, both at the surface and in caves. How far do I usually have to dig to find iron?

I don't think I've ever found iron above sea level. Gold is even lower down than that, then redstone, then diamond. Coal can be found anywhere.

Quick idea. In SMP, everyone is on a floating platform with snowballs, and they try knocking each other off. I'm posting this from my iPod in bed sorry for the bad spelling and grammar.

Hard mode should make monsters become dicks. Zombies and spiders will try to push you into lava, creepers will sit around workbenches, furnaces and chests, and skeletons are already dicks.
