Minecraft Thread V26 - New mob: Notch's floating head! - Games

It looks like the IRC will be crazy next week.

I do love watching the development process though, especially on a project like Minecraft where consumer suggestions are actually taken into consideration.

If notch gets it working so you can import pieces of a save, then I dont see why not Chez.

Whats the general idea of finding better blocks? just dig deeper and hope somethings there or find a very deep cave

How do I get my non-FP friend to get minecraft? I'm trying to get her to try it, but she just wants to keep playing TF2...

You'll be able to use single player maps in multiplayer and vice versa. And he mentioned you can see what blocks/items players are holding in the blog post itself.

What the hell, I came back from mining and theres a pig and a sheep in my house...

To be honest, the server should use the map that has the biggest town with the most resources or the smallest town with the least to start it out.

I think if you get invited to the MP test next week - you should leak it to your facepunch brothers.

Just need to craft some fancy stone swords and kill those zombies. I have played on this map for not even one day in game time. :D my first treasure room. This cave system is massive. I got in there, opened the chest and got 4 wheat and 2 gunpowder.
