Sonofabitch, it wont install!!! Keeps throwing an error at data2.cab!! ETA: Yanked out one of my DVD roms (I have two identical ones, can sometimes cause the problem mentioned above) and now it throws an error at data3.cab :byodood:

I got it not that long ago. I find it quite fun, it does remind me of Hot Pursuit 2 for the last gen consoles. If anyone wants to add me because they need someone who will be playing this game, you got me!

I'm disappointed in the size of the map.

Picked up NFS for PC last night for the midnight launch. I was the only one there for it, everyone else was getting Assassins Creed. (forever alone face)

I'm loving the game. I find nothing wrong with the handling, its certainly arcade and thats how I like it. I love drifting around loop roads. Autolog is great (lots of my friends playing, really makes the game better.) If you are one of those people who play this expecting Burnout, you are retarded. It does have elements but its NFS at its core still. THUS WHY ITS CALLED NFS. I really hope they make a new Burnout next though, I love that series too. I didn't like Paradise though, hate open worlds. Revenge was the best so far imo.

I don't understand why they call it NFS if it's more like professional racing?

I still love Burnout 3 to this day, especially that "Take down" mode and the Crash mode where you had to cause as much chaos and carnage as possible. The destruction and high passed racing was so awesome. [editline]17th November 2010[/editline] Oh, and apparently the music is awesome! Hope it has some good Drum & Bass, Electronica/Techno and the like. Rock/Metal is still awesome for games like this.

People who race for a living don't fuck with police and throw down spike strips. That's why it's Need for Speed.
