I agree.
I, Vakktarr the Explorer, have never seen a ravager in that region of Zangermarsh.
And it's obviously edited in, It's feet don't touch the ground right, and it isn't blurred like the rest of the screenshot.

i assume that area in silithus were you were below the ground was from taking the stormwind boat? the coordinates for the south-east corner of silithus match up nearly exactly with those of the tip of stormwind harbor
