No that's lvl70 arena set. Was old schooling around when stumbled across some recently dinged warrior with lvl70 gear.
Dueling with lvl70 Gladiators set + Lvl70 Gladiator mace + Deadly offhand while having lvl80 offset pieces and all that is funny. I infact won some full Furious geared rogue in a duel, but it's not as easy as in lvl80 set.

uhm that was pretty rad back in BC but now it's identical to the max settings. going back to "default" puts it at minimum settings
