Maybe I'm making this up, but I swear I remember a line from one of the Halo games, Halo 2, I think, in which Cortana says something about a lake not having been formed naturally (and she sounds shocked about it), and I was like, "No! Really?! Something on Halo ring not being formed naturally?! Get out of here!" Makes me laugh at how silly a thing it is to say.
