Whenever I try to join the survival server, I get a "Disconnected! You've lost connection to the server" message, is there any way to fix that?

Whenever I go to access the survival server it sends me to Singleplayer.

Why the fuck is minecraft stuttering lately... I waited for a bug fix and they said they fixed the 0fps but it still stutters.
