Get NBTEdit, load up your save (hit open, type in %appdata% then they'll be in the .minecraft folder) Then one of the first lines has something to do with snow, change it from 1 to 0, then hit save and you're done!

While NBTEdit will stop the snowing, it will still leave the water frozen and snow everywhere. Use MineEdit as it has a feature for clearing snow & ice from levels.
I used cartographer to show my old city.

This makes 1 mug/cup. You can scoop up water, but the water from the area you pick up does not decrease, and once it is filled up, you can drink the water. You get nothing from water, but you can mix other things into it.
For the following recipes, a water filled bucket is a water filled mug/cup.

This is [b]Poison[/b]. It depletes 3 hearts every drink, plus slows the user. It looks just like mushroom ale, but a tiny tint of green that is really only noticeable side-by-side with ale.

This is Reditade, a drug of sorts that makes you walk 50% faster, but blurs your vision and depletes 2 hearts (wears off after a minute), and after having 3 or more cups, it depletes 4 hearts and makes you go a little slower, and wears of in a minute and a half. This would be much like Skooma in Oblivion, and have a lot of potential for role playing.
Note that when I say X cups makes you Y, it means that many in 10 minutes. Also, when you have 4 cups of any of these drinks, then have a cup of ale, it would do the 5th cup effect. This happens with any of these drinks so you can't just load up on 3 of each and not worry about side effects.
What do you think? It's a healing thing with side effects.
The side effects are stupid.
The items should have one simple effect, stop adding this confusing shit.
