You guys might have seen this before, but I found it pretty interesting. Personally, I'm tempted to build an underwater paradise every time I glance over it in my dropbox.

For those of you trying to fill large areas with water, I have a tip for ya.
This does involve editing your inventory so if you're against that then have fun with your buckets.
Open up your favorite inventory editor and add some ice to your inventory.
Once you have said ice, fill the area you want to be water.

Then break the ice (Sword is the fastest at this).

And voilà, each broken piece of ice turns into a spring. No odd unfilled spots.

One thing that'll spoil your, uh, whatever.
You can actually edit in just plain spring or lava source blocks into your inventory. They appear as tiles of water or lava in your hand, fill in as such when placed.
So, just do that, rather than ice, and then breaking ice.

Sorry about the slots and whatnot, physics scream at me if there's too many people playing makeshift survival at once.
I can up the slots, but not so much survival left after that.

Player, position, three values. IIRC X and Z are north/south/east/west, Y is elevation.

Okay, so I have two options for my server; less slots, much easier makeshift survival, or, more slots, but less makeshift survival.
Rate agree for more slots, disagree for less.
