Not sure about the carographer biomes thing just yet. Since its easily fakeable. Start a map with snowy in NBT edit set to 1, this makes a decent ammount of snow covered chunks. save, turn it off. explore alot. cartog the map. the spawn area will be snowwy, the explored new chunks wont be.

I was exploring for about 10 minutes looking for snow, but no dice, :taco:

I've been going almost in a straight line for an hour or so and I have yet to find snow on my newly generated "grassland" map.

I want notch to put in rivers and volcanoes and real looking waterfalls and not just those spouts.

biomes is fake... leaves dont disapear because of the new trees with branches notch put in, apparantly having leaves disinegrate would make the game lag too badly with those new trees (even though the new trees are lame compared to the old old new trees)

oh yeah. He did photoshop it. oh well... no biomes. just really dense forests from what I see and the veins are more abundant.

I'm not too impressed, but am happy with the boats. The cactus add nothing to the game in my eyes. The new trees look cool, but I would rather have the old ones and be able to have the leaves fall. I just like the idea of using boats as cars.
