Episode 1, far more superior than Episode 2.
and Portal.
Portal 2 might as well be the best for me.
Half Life 2 and the episodes are really epic sure but portal is so unique and fun to play over and over.

They should have just updated Left 4 Dead instead of bringing a new one out, I think that was just a cry for some money.
But Team Fortress 2 is a great game by Valve.

You all realise Counter Strike and CS:S are some of the most recognisable games in history?
I liked HL1 more than HL2, but that's because I love the nostalgia that comes with playing it.

I'd say that Half-Life 2 (including the episodes) is their best single player game.
They're all amazing.
