I realised that when I put in an application..
But then I realized, besides work my social life is pretty much nonexistent!
So I have plenty of time on my hands.. :(
Well, I will sometimes be away with friends, because you know I want a good social life ansd status with people, but I will be on most of the time unless I have organised something.
I'm on FP quite a bit, even when I'm at work (delivering food isn't that demanding of a job), so I usually have time to spare. I can also check FP on my phone whenever I want. :v:

So do most mods. That is the main reason (at least, what i think is) hezzy is looking for 5 new mods. They can work in shifts to keep the board moderated.

Definitely.
The only real problem I can see with that is conflicts between mods. Somebody bans someone that another mod thought shouldn't be, or someone closes a topic and another mod didn't want it closed blah blah blah.
However, I'd like to think that the chosen mods won't do something like that.

If the mods are chosen correctly, then they won't even be the type of people to be conflicted with each other. Or at least not enough to make any big deal about it.

A quick chat regarding a banned member or closed topic isn't really a conflict or hassle either, as moderators should be communicating regularly anyhow in my opinion.

But now it's got a reply to bad topic.

there's times where perfumly bans/locks things I thought should have lived, and there's been a time where he asked me why I banned a guy before as well. Mod discression is a tough concept to cope with, but it's still something you have to he proactive about. Mods will post in the main moderator thread to question actions so the other mods can put in their two cents or learn from mistakes of others.

Heh, thankyou. Though to be honest, I don't really mind if I get modded (though it would be great) as long as the section gets some quality mods.
