Tried out SPG's, wonderful support I guess, but only on some maps, when its a cluster fuck like that map with the super hill its really bad, but on the one withthe big open plain it does well as long as the front guys dont let people through.
I like TD's because your like a normal tank, but you have a sniper rifle.
Hang back some though, otherwise even medium tanks are too fast to track as they fly around you.

haha oh my god using the wespe as a straight up flanking tank works like fuck. i flanked 2 panzer iii's and 1 shotted them both close range.
30 seconds into first standard battle fight, ping shot up to 999, died.
This would be even more awesome if you could apply camo schemes to your tanks.

Standard battles are fun as hell when you get a good tank.

Survive the battle, win the round and get atleast one kill and you'll be racking credits like no time. Stick with the larger tanks for protection.
too bad when everyone sucks and there is arty around its impossible to surive.
Even worse if the opposing teams have no life and they have the best tanks.
i get 2k credits without killing anybody, getting my tank destroyed, and losing the round.

Did you use the old crew from your previous tank, and retrain them for the new one? You should. The crew experience probably affects loot.
Did they say they were ever going to increase the numbers of tanks in a battle?

stick with the big tanks and wait until their pray is it low health, then finish the bad guy
9,000 credits in one match. I've almost gotten the Jagdpanther style gun for the Panzer IV now.
Man, I just took a Panzer Jager into a standard battle...not a good idea.

Leichstraktor in standard battle = don't even bother. Play recruit battles until you have a fully upgraded T2 tank, then you can maybe play some standard. T3 tank is recommended for standard.

I was in a standard game and a Leichtracktor on my team killed 1 guy and survived the battle, the whole team was cheering for him :P
Oh god artillery is so ridiculous. I can oneshot pretty much anyone in the recruits battles and my only real limit is reload time and target spotting. Got 3 kills last match before our battery got flanked.
I'm content with doing damage, really. My Panzerwhateverthefuck usually gets one or two kills per match when I hang around the big guys.
