Tried to go the tank destroyer route for a while, went russian while I was at it and got the AT-1 I think, got 4 kills after I upgraded the gun!

The T-46 is a damn sight better than the BT-7.
The medium tank tech path is a bit disappointing because the BT-2, BT-7 and A-20 are all basically the same tank with slight modifications.

A-20 can go 72 km/h that isnt a slight modification and it looks like a t-34

When more and more players advance in tech tree, the less players there are in early period tanks. With this current system it's pretty sure that there is always people to fight with.

It was on the desertish lookin map with the 2 rails for trains, I decided to rush them, circled an arty and killed him :D

And why do they have to make the tech tree so complicated? You have to buy the other tanks and upgrade to get medium tanks. Jesus christ.....

It'd be completely stupid if you could buy medium tanks from the start. Sense of progression is important.
Ping keeps going really high and Fps keeps dropping...my connection is fine though, it's really annoying. I have 80k credits, is it worth buying the best gun for my marder or should i just not bother and save up for a hetzer?

It's an important part of the game. You have to work to keep up and have an advantage over others.
How to piss off artillery by McFuret.
Step 1: Get super fast tank like the bT-7 or pnzIII
Step 2: Go fucking fast and rush the enemys base
Step 3: Ignore every tank until you see a Square
Step 4: Haul ass over to the sqaure theres no stopping now!
Step 5: Head on collision resulting in arty death
Result: No artillery
Alternative Result: You being Dead

That last round was absolutely amazing. On Himmeldorf. Killed 2 tanks, then went up to the hill and shot two SPGs in the ass, then noticed the enemy team's last tank was capping our base so I ran there as fast as I could. Arrived when the cap was at 95%, shot at the T28 and he ran away. We traded some shots, he got my HP down to 2/350 (!) and I got his to around 17%. A game of cat and mouse ensued, with both of us chasing eachother around the town, until I finally got the final shot on him and had a sweet, sweet victory.
Killed like 6 tanks and capped enemy base being the last man standing.
Felt awesome
