I've been wondering; why would one take a TD over the heavy tanks? In the end the heavy tanks had both damage, penetration and armor plus a rotating turret.

They are great at hiding. Very hard to spot if in a bush. Often always get the first shot in. And the TD guns are slightly more accurate. Good front armor too.

Playstyle. pretty sure end tier TD can fuck up end tier Heavy tho.

Whats that maps name where everyone camps on their side with buildings on one side? Well, I ran out of ammunition in that and we were about to reach a stalemate so I decided to go scout ahead in my marder, to my surprise my whole team followed and we steamrolled right into their base.

The one time i fought him he rushed straight into four of our medium tanks and got blown up pretty quickly. Makes you wonder how he got that kind of money :v:

Use wotlauncher.exe, not wot.exe
Man, artillery is annoying but also pretty fun at the same time.
Just hiding in the right spot, taking your time then shooting off a shell at the enemy when you see them. I took out 3 guys. 2 in cover and one by blind fire prediction.
It was great. I think I am going to stick with it. Only problem is that people usually just move out leaving the arty to defend for themselves. There are a lot of fast tanks out there. I do mean fast and they go for scouting and to kill the artillery. It is difficult to aim for those tanks.

I just got in a server, but everyones' having massive lag and noone can do SQUAT.
