Agh, my IV right now is terrible. The gun can't do much to other IVs and III/IVs, and it's terribly slow because I haven't upgraded the tracks or engine yet.
Dammit, such rage at light tanks as TD. I was about to kill a Jagdpanther but right as I shoot I get hit from my side and my aim goes to shit and it turns and takes me out. Still won the round.
It seems that all German tanks are shit without upgrades but when you upgrade them they become awesome.
I'm totally saving up my gold for a churchhill.

I upgraded the tracks on my IV and now it's fine. The gun is still horrible though.

Nope. The Group of Soviet Forces in Germany in 1985 and even in 1989 still had a significant amount of T-64s in their tank and motor rifle divisions.
Yay got my PzIV last night. Now I just gotta work my way on getting a better turret and gun.

The T-80 was very expensive, most used T-72's or earlier. I blame it on the Turbine engine like what the Abrams has.

Note that the divisions that would face NATO in World War III never fielded T-72s. T-72s were only used in divisions inside of the Soviet Union and the only way they would see some combat in Central Europe would be days after the opening hostilities when strategic reserves from the Soviet Military Districts would be arriving on the battlefield.

Yeah the gold tanks look considerably weaker than the tanks around their level. I wouldn't think that it is worth it.
Of course the Soviet Union had shitloads of money to spend on their military even in the years Gorbachev was in power. With the T-80s dismal performance in Chechnya in the mid 1990s and the fact that the Russian Army no longer had the luxuries of the Soviet military many people see the T-80 as a shit tank.

Yeah thats why I used the 5cm gun until I was able to get the first unlockable 7.5cm gun.

Thats not what the RU players say. It has superior signal range and a decent gun with a blazing fast ROF. Also very fast turret traverse speed, its a scout-medium tank killer.
Ahh, the IV is wonderful when you get a good gun/tracks on it.

I once did that to a team. We had two Ltraktors and they were making fun of us until we steamrolled them.
Lol its fun taking my maxed out PzII into recruit battles when I get bored of grinding with my PzIV. I usually average 3 kills.
