But that was the least of our worries, zombies fall easily enough when met with blades, and the blobs fall like flies under sniper fire. What we weren't prepared for, were more of the great beasts, what once we summoned to control and destroy our enemies, has now attacked us, in force. We slew two more of Terth's black Demons, we held off his hordes, destroyed his zombies, put out his fires. Bring it on terth, we're tired of waiting, quit hiding in your hole, blasted one. Come out where we can slay you once and for all, face the fires you've wrought. We know you can hear us, evil one. The living shall not fear the dead so long as we stand.

Rifts are temporary events in which Terth reaches into the world and trys to claim an area as his own, these rifts however have hearts that fuel them, keep them going (typically a giant ball of mob-spawners underground). If you can kill the heart(s), the rift dies, and the nether creatures will stop spawning.
This was the first Rift within 7 or more months, And we very much doubt it'll be the last.
Well I was asking more because I think Drakortha forgot to work on the spawning scripts because I was fighting off creeper waves earlier.

Drakortha spawned a few in around the beginning of the continents, and then left one on terth with the newest opening.

Drak, I'm starting to question if you are purposely spawning enemies on us in the hundreds.
They go into creative mod and spam them with eggs during rifts.
Can you unban RJR and toxic? they wanted to participate in the rift tonight.

Salty's been writing a 300 page book for the last 4 months, I don't have the time to be 2 people, wish I did, but I don't. Also salty was trying to log in because he was considering making an appeal today but wanted help with writing it so as not to make people cry with hatred for fun. Also he was really interested with the recent rift activity, which is also something I can get my friends excited about, the problem is that we already have essentially everything we need so everything is a giant grind and sneak attacks, and they aren't that interested in doing either because it's so time consuming, I can actually get the participating in rifts.
I mean unless I've been planning this whole thing since 2009 or something.

You can't fake being SaltyWaters. Have you seen how he writes? He's posted on your forums several times I really don't see how you could mistake him with Soulharvester. They're like....completely different.
